A lifelong passion for the trade fuels Jason’s journey in the automotive repair industry. He began tinkering with his cars as a teenager and, by age 20, had joined an independent auto shop. His five years there were marked by dedication and growth as he balanced working full-time with attending night school for automotive repair.
In 2009, Jason’s career took a significant leap forward when he co-purchased an auto shop in Ann Arbor. This venture honed his skills in business management and customer service. However, in 2018, he decided to sell his share of the business, a move driven by his desire to be closer to his fiancée, Chelsea, and her son, Tannor, back home.
Auto repair has always been more than a job for Jason; it’s his calling. He thrives on problem-solving and working with his hands, skills that are innate to the profession. Providing top-notch service and ensuring the safety of his customers on the roads gives him immense satisfaction. Now, as a shop owner in his local community, he’s fulfilling his career aspirations and strengthening his ties to the Highland area, supporting local businesses and residents.
